Ho is a man of moderate age and handsome. He was on his way to meet Ida when he came across The Dastard. He told the Dastard his talent was selective amnesia, which Ida might find useful. He also spoke of a possible daughter they could have named Idaho.
However, the Dastard undid his accidental breaking of a shoelace, which was the cause of the chain of events to bring him the idea of meeting Ida. He appeared in The Dastard.
